Help for the Remove Ads purchase

Nicola's Number Canvas currently offers a one-time Remove Ads purchase through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

- The current paid feature is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription.
- If you already bought Remove Ads, open the app’s Remove Ads screen and use the restore flow first.
- Refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple.
1. What you are buying
- Remove Ads is a non-consumable purchase that is intended to unlock the ad-free experience for the app.
- The current app build does not sell recurring subscriptions.
2. How to restore
- Open the Remove Ads screen in the app and tap the restore control.
- Use the same Apple Account that was used for the original purchase.
- If no previous purchase is found, the app may tell you that no Remove Ads purchase exists for that Apple Account.
3. Common issues
- If the purchase screen says purchasing is unavailable, confirm you have network access and that Apple in-app purchases are available on the device.
- If the entitlement is missing after a successful purchase, use restore first, then restart the app and check again.
- If a purchase is pending, access may appear after Apple finishes processing the transaction.
4. Billing and refunds
- Apple processes payment and billing for the Remove Ads purchase.
- Refund requests and payment-method questions are handled by Apple through your Apple Account purchase support channels.
